Maytag wall mount oven repair?

i have a maytag wall mount oven just a few years old doesnt work.one day we had a bad thunderstorm and all lights went out then we noticed the electronic time clock went out.so we tried to turn it on and nothing.no power nothing.has anyone had this problem and can someone tell me whats wrong with it before i go to a service repair person.
