Hoboken??? and other areas near NYC?

I lived near Van Vorst park in Jersey City near the Grove Street PATH station. I was 25 minutes from WTC Path and 35 minutes to midtown. Lots of restaraunts, close to the mall and new Target. Very convenient and a lot cheaper than Manhattan. I liked it better than Brooklyn or the Bronx. Hoboken is overrated and as expensive as parts of Manhattan.
