I ped my limit & stayed up past midnight to start a new day of answers. Why no go?

Since I 'm still a demoted level 2, I have a limit on answers per day I can give. Ok, well I waited until past midnight, but Yahoo still won't let me start a new day of answers, and I saw some really good onces! What are we on Greenwich time for Yahoo days?
