Does anyone know of any really good exercises for your outer thighs?

Hey, I had the same problem...I have a great excercise, which helped me a lot.....if you lay on your back and put your legs in the air and keep moving them up down left right and then together apart. For about 4-5minutes each morning. I have lost a lot of weight on my upper thigh!
