Bare Minerals or Pur Minerals for Oily Skin?

I just got off Accutane and am wanting to use the right kind of makeup so I will not get break outs again. I have oily skin but it can also get dry in some spots probably from the winter weather right now. Would you recommend Bare Minerals Matte Powder or Pur Minerals Powder?
