My lazy fat girlfriend?

My g/f works 8-10 hours a day sitting on her fat rump looking at a computer screen then she comes home and won't cook or clean because she's tired. Tired of what, she hasn't done anything to get tired! I have to cook, clean, do laundry, feed the cat, clean the litter box, iron clothes, fold clothes, etc etc. I'm tired of pulling all the weight (hahahaha no pun intended) around here. She is just so lazy and fat and she refuses to lift a finger unless it has food on it. What can I do to make her change her ways? I'm planning on leaving thunder thighs if she doesn't shape up or ship out. Your advice???
